2025 T-Birds Parent Info Night and April Referral Program

Dear T-Birds Parents and Supporters,

We hope you had a great weekend! Please see the below schedule for key T-Bird season dates, including Cheer uniform fitting on Wednesday, April 16th. A few more updates to share going into this week:

T-Birds Parent Info Night will be held across two nights. The info nights will be held via Zoom so that more families can attend. During these separate info nights, we will cover the 2025 season, what to expect, and answer questions specific to Football and Cheer. We hope to see you there:

Help us build an even stronger T-Bird family! Between now and April 30th, refer a friend who's new to T-Birds, and when they register for the 2025 Football Season, you'll score a FREE T-Birds graphic tee or tank ($35 value) from our awesome new merchandise store! To qualify, the referred athlete must be new to T-Bird Football (not have played in previous seasons). After your friend registers and their payment is complete, simply email us at srvtbirds@gmail.com to claim your coupon code. Let's make the 2025 season the biggest and best yet!

Stay up to date with T-Birds: Some parents mentioned they weren't receiving the T-Bird newsletters. We have since corrected this and continue to post our past Newsletters to the News section of our website. If a family member or parent is not receiving this newsletter and would like to, please direct them to sign up with the form at the bottom of our srvtbirds.com website.

  • Tuesday, April 1st @ 7pm - 8pm: Parent Info Night for Football athletes (Football Zoom link)
  • Wednesday, April 2nd @ 7pm - 8pm: Parent Info Night for Cheer athletes (Cheer Zoom link)
  • Wednesday, April 16th @ 4:30pm - 6pm (Jr. Pee Wee and Varsity): Cheer Uniform Fitting at Los Cerros multi-purpose room. 
  • Wednesday, April 16th @ 6:30pm - 8pm (Pee Wee and Jr. Varsity): Cheer Uniform Fitting at Los Cerros multi-purpose room. 
  • Monday May 19th to Thursday, May 22nd: Camp #1, 6pm - 8pm: At the Los Cerros Grass Fields.
  • Monday June 9th to Friday, June 13th: Camp #2, 6pm - 8pm: At the Monte Vista practice fields.
  • Saturday, July 12th: T-Birds Day for Equipment pick-up.
  • Monday, July 14th, 6pm - 8pm: First day of Football (helmets) practice.
  • Tuesday, July 15th, 6pm - 8pm: First day of Premier Cheer practice.
  • Wednesday, July 16th, 6pm - 8pm: First day of Champion Cheer practice.


Season Bits

  • National Sports ID (NSID) certification is now OPEN for the 2025 Season. All T-Bird Football and Cheer athletes are required to be certified by June 30th, 2025 to participate this season. If you have not yet registered for the 2025 season, please do so first before joining NSID. Full certification instructions for both new T-Bird athletes and returning athletes can be found on our website. You must join the team link for your T-Bird athlete's specific team and certify them with the NSID process found on our Certification page.
  • Volunteer System: We heard your feedback last season. In 2025, we will be piloting a new volunteer system that allows T-Bird families to self-serve answers about their volunteer hours. The intent is to bring more transparency into tracked hours for season and game-level roles to minimize ambiguity at the end of the season.
  • Prospective Coaches: We are seeking head coaches and assistant Football and Cheer coaches for the 2025 season. If you are interested for Football, please reach out to us directly: srvtbirds@gmail.com. If you are interested for Adult or Jr. Cheer Coach, please submit our website interest form.
  • Prospective Board Members: We are also seeking new T-Bird Board members for the 2025 season. We have positions open for Snack Shack Coordinator, Spirit Wear Co-Chairs, Marketing Chair, and Field Coordinators.
