2025 T-Birds Parent Info Night and NSID Athlete Certification

Dear T-Birds Parents and Supporters, 

We hope you're having a great weekend! 2025 T-Birds Football registration and Conditioning Camps continue to remain open. Please visit our website to register if you haven't already. A couple updates to share:

National Sports ID (NSID) certification is now OPEN for the 2025 Season. All T-Bird Football and Cheer athletes are required to be certified by June 30th, 2025 to participate this season. Full certification instructions for both new T-Bird athletes and returning athletes can be found on our website. You must join the team link for your T-Bird athlete's specific team and certify them with the NSID process found on our Certification page.

T-Birds Parent Info Night will be held across two nights. The info nights will be held via Zoom so that more families can attend. During these separate info nights, we will cover the 2025 season, what to expect, and answer questions specific to Football and Cheer. We hope to see you there:

Upcoming Dates

  • Saturday, March 1st, 2025: 2025 Football & Cheer General Registration will open. Full registration links will open at this time and more information can be found on our T-Birds Registration page.
  • Tuesday, April 1st @ 7pm: Parent Info Night for Football athletes (Football Zoom link)
  • Wednesday, April 2nd @ 7pm: Parent Info Night for Cheer athletes (Cheer Zoom link)
  • Monday May 19th to Thursday, May 22nd: Camp #1: We will host our first Football Conditioning Camp at the Los Cerros Grass Fields.
  • Monday June 9th to Friday, June 13th: Camp #2: We will host our second Football Conditioning Camp at the Monte Vista practice fields.
  • Saturday, July 12th: T-Birds Day for Equipment pick-up.
  • Monday, July 14th: First day of Football (helmets) practice.
  • Tuesday, July 15th: First day of Premier Cheer practice.
  • Wednesday, July 16th: First day of Champion Cheer practice.


Season Bits

  • Volunteer System: We heard your feedback last season. In 2025, we will be piloting a new volunteer system that allows T-Bird families to self-serve answers about their volunteer hours. The intent is to bring more transparency into tracked hours for season and game-level roles to minimize ambiguity at the end of the season.
  • Merchandise Store: We piloted a new merchandise store with fresh T-Birds gear for the upcoming season! T-Birds merchandise will ship directly to you from our provider. We will still be offering merchandise during game days, but be sure to check it out when you register.

Needed Support

  • Prospective Coaches: We are seeking head coaches and assistant Football and Cheer coaches for the 2025 season. If you are interested for Football, please reach out to us directly: srvtbirds@gmail.com. If you are interested for Adult or Jr. Cheer Coach, please submit our website interest form.
